Application

Genevac’s solvent evaporation systems 은 신약개발 응용이나 범용적인 실험실에서 사용할 수 있도록 설계된 기기로서, 96 well plates, 시험관 , 바이알, 다양한 형태의 시험관에서 사용할 수 있다. 특히 HPLC/LC 등에서 생성된 분주들에 알맞게 응용될 수 있으며, 다량의 합성물질에서 용매를 제거하거나 회수하는데 가장 잘 맞는 시스템으로 고완 되었다. 특히 증발과정에서 발생하는 Cross Contamination을 완벽하게 방지하는 기술과, 회전 시 발생하는 불균형의 능력이 확대 되어 사용범위가 훨씬 광범이 해졌다.

High through put 용으로 다량의 시료를 신속하게 처리하여야 하는 신약 개발관련 분야에 사용되는 제품으로 Water & DMF, DMSO, TFA 등 과 같은 Corrosive한 Solvent 에도 사용 할 수 있는 Centrifugal Evaporator Dri-pure ( Anti-bumping )장착 시 Cross contamination & sample loss 방지 할 수 있으며, Infra Red Lamp와 효율적인 열 전달이 가능한 각종 Rotor 에 의한 신속한 Evaporation수행 ( DMSO 경우 1시간 30 분 안에 제거 가능
